This simple question is one that you must ask of every agent you interview. Yes, I did say INTERVIEW, and you should interview at least 2, and preferably 3 agents. You should ask questions like “Why should I trust you to sell my home?” and “What is your average time on market versus what is average time on market for the entire MLS?” and “What knowledge and experience do you bring to the table that will insure a smooth transaction?” and “Does your company provide national and international exposure for my listing to provide maximum visibility to potential buyers around the country and abroad?”
Remember, you are considering trusting this person and their company with your most valuable asset. The difference could seem small, but when you look at difference that even a few percentage points can make you are talking about thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars!
